It is now possible to add youtube videos to your site. Simply add the plugin to your page and paste the youtube video id (found at the end of the video url) to the first field, you may then fill in the width and height of the video.

Sorry for the delays, but the completion of the site is getting very close! I estimate to finish before the year ends, if not by the first few weeks of january.

Please understand that I do all the coding myself and I also have a freelance job so setting time for this project is very difficult.

Villagelocal backend is now firefox3 compatible.

Some new changes:

* improved templates

* bug fixes

* created multidomain structure

* fixed some stylings

Sorry for the delays, the admin has been very busy working on client's sites. But the backend is almost finished now and all that is left is for testing.

Upgraded to Typo3 4.2 stable, added lots of features

Uninstalled lots of extensions & updated a few others. We now have the news and comments/guestbook plugin.

Some new options are also added for each page, one of them enables rss for the news, your own google analytics and google sitemap. I am making the pages as SEO-friendly as possible and with valid xhtml markup.

Registration at the moment is currently disabled, sorry for the inconvenience, there are still lots of things to finish up in the backend. A flash tutorial is in the works and the release plan is by the end of May.

Downgraded to 4.1.6 old stable, added Cooluri

After upgrading to 4.2 some extensions failed to work so I decided to downgrade to the old stable version 4.1.6.

I have added and configured a new extension CoolURI that enables very 'friendly' urls for the *entire* site.
